The main open plan living area is very light and airy. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which has direct access to the pool area. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor. These two bedrooms share one bathroom.
Meeting point is definitely either the large lawn or the sun deck and the pool area. Life takes place on the outside!
Baan Sawan is located on a hilltop in the Bophut area. It is a 10 minute drive to vibrant Chaweng and 15 minutes to the airport. The Santiburi Golf and Country Club is approx. 20 minutes away and Bophut Fisherman's village can be reached in 5 minutes.

The rent per night comes to US$ 350.00 to US$ 750.00 for maximum six guests, including children - depending on the season.

Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival date. If bookings are made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due as soon as the booking confirmation has been received by the guest.
