Lanna Hill House was built as a family home away from home and is frequently used by its English owners. They are happy to make the villa available for outside guests whenever they are not in Chiang Mai.

Lanna Hill House is available from US$ 2'695.00 per week.
The rental rate is based on the number of guests and lenght of stay as well as the season.
Short- and long term stays possible. Do ask as for a detailed offer.
- Continental breakfast and villa staff plus cook included.
- Transfers to/from the house are not included in the rental rate but will be organized at cost.
- 50% deposit to guarantee booking.
- Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival date. If bookings are made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due as soon as the booking confirmation has been received by the guest.
- Both deposit and final payment are non-refundable.
