The Emerald Beach Villas on Samui's Northcoast is a stylischly designed estate with individual, small villas benefiting from a blend of contemporary architecture with traditional Thai influences creating attractive and eye-catching beach-front hide-aways.
Villa 4 is available for our guests. Each villa offers absolute privacy, has its own small garden with pool.
The interior is kept simple. Modern furniture combined with warm, earthtone textiles create a welcoming atmosphere.
On the northern coast of Koh Samui, approx. 25 minutes driving distance from the Airport and vibrant Chaweng with its many restaurants and shops. There is a street behind the property; not ideal for guests who seek tranquillity.
During our summer months is low tide season and the reef is dry for up to 100m. This opens the beach and reef up to all sorts of other activities such as beach volleyball, football or simply exploring the rock pools and collecting shellfish, a safe and ideal exciting activity for children.

Villa 4
The rent per night comes to US$ 420.00 to US$ 700.00 for two bedrooms, maximum four guests, including children - depending on the season.
Surcharge for extra bed/one extra guest: US$ 50/night.
Minimum stay: 3 nights; 5 nights (Chinese New Year, Easter week, Songkrang); 7 nights (Christmas / New Year). 10 nights if both holidays combined.

- Not included is the cook
- 50% deposit to guarantee booking.
- Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival date. If bookings are made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount is due as soon as the booking confirmation has been received by the guest.
- Both deposit and final payment are non-refundable.
