The Headland Villas, Koh Samui

The Headland Villas Koh Samui is one of the most exclusive private estates on the island. It consists of four individual small villas plus one larger one. Each of them guaranteeing lots of privacy and tranquility. The individual villas may also be rented in combination.

What is it that makes Headland Villas extraordinary? What touched me the first time I visited these houses high above the sea?

For sure it is the spectacular hillside location on Samui’s quiet southwest coast. The view from the villas to the Golf of Thailand is breathtaking. It only takes moments and one does feel far away from it all! Headland is a perfect spot for a romantic get-away.

Villa 1 with its two bedrooms is build and furnished with lots of love for details. The atmosphere is warm and inviting; the surrounding tropical nature and its light has been well integrated. This villa offers a great combination of indoor and outdoor living at its best.

The interior of Villa 2, also with two bedrooms, is mainly kept in white. Only a few earth tone colors have been added very selectively. Both living and sleeping areas are filled with lots of daylight. There is a beautiful open kitchen, also in white, which invites to explore with fresh, local food.

Villa 3 consists of two pavilions and a centralized patio which offers great ocean views plus space to dine under the stars, read or relax.

Villa 4 is slightly removed from the other villas and offers the most privacy and lots of green areas around the house to enjoy great outdoor-living.

Villa 5 offers its guests four bedrooms. There are three levels. Like any other Headland Villa this house is well integrated into nature and offers its guests a stylish and most comfortable living atmosphere.

On the western coast of Koh Samui, 45 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the town of Lamai.

The summer tide phenomenon makes the sea retract itself up to 100 meters from the beach line.

The Headland Villas Estate is adjacent to the Baan Taling Ngam resort which features a beach front restaurant as well as water sports activities.
